beer butt chicken isn't beer battered chicken.....although that is really good too.beer butt chicken is a chicken that you cook on the BBQ with a can of beer shoved in its butt.you get a can of beer,drink about a third then add some butter and spices and stick it in the ass!!!hahaha.they sell stands for it that hold the beer in place and it has a little bowl to catch the grease....otherwise the BBQ light up in fire.the beer makes the chicken the moistest chicken you'll ever have.....mmmmm juicy!!!!! now i'm so hungry!!!!!
