We were thrashed at work on the weekend. It was the Aust vs. Ireland world cup rugby match on saturday & HEAPS of Irish came over for it, so considering they know our regulars they all came in. We've been understaffed for ages so it was back to back shifts & in the end though we had to close early at 12am on sunday cause they drank us dry 
I love the Irish, they just cheered & hung out during my shift though I broke a glass in my hand & gashed open my third knuckle on my left hand so that's glued shut - if it opens again though I'm going to need stitches 
I just hope that I'll be able to use that hand before the weekend, otherwise I'm in more financial shit!!
I'm sitting in an internet cafe for the moment - still no internet access so I'll be M.I.A for a while.

We went into the city after the game, but went to the Pig n Whistle down the bottom end, there was hardly anyone there..enough, but not too many!!!
