I did up a budget & found that Petey & I can move out on our own 
I'm so excited! I can't wait to be out of this house!! We live with the guitarist of Petey's band & his girlfriend. It's a unit with only 2 bedrooms, a study & a small sitting area with a tiny kitchen which means it's cheap as but there's just no room 
Plus the guitarist & his gf are SO FUCKING MESSY!! They're the kind of people to use the kitchen, leave chopping boards & dirty knives out, don't wipe down the benches or the stove, walk out & then tell us that we're messy. If anyone knows me, they know I HATE MESS!! So, VERY excited about moving out 
So, we're going to wait til Petey finishes with the band (end of July) then move out ASAP. THEN, massive house warming possibly another SG party? vee vill see...
