Ok so here it is MY STUPID BLERB OF THE DAY....prepare to laugh at my expence...

I work in a corporate medical office working with peoples Ins.

I get a call from a woman who wanted to know if we excepted a particular ins. She asks me " do you accept Coventry Healthcare of Delaware?" and I reply... " Delaware is in Ilinois right?" She says " NO....its in Delaware"

Im an ass....
