some pretty exciting stuff! i was rushed to the hospital tuesday afternoon because of severe abdominal pain. we initially had been thinking i was pregnant and thought i was having a misscarriage. when i told my mom i had been puking for 3 hours she thought appendicitis. well it was! my poor little appendix was ripped out from me. luckily. if we would have waited i coulda died. but.. thats not really the whole exciting story. my e.r. nurse, erin, was a total bitch and i really would like to get her fired. she left me in screaming pain. she made me walk through the hospital. she thought i was crashing from a drug binge. solely because i have mulitcolored hair and am covered in piercings and tattoos. i was in so much pain other nurses came in. erin was no where to be found. she then made me walk to get my pelvic exam done. hello?! appendix is about to burst here! im in pain. she thought i was coming to the hospital to get a fix of morphine. which, by the way, did not work all that well. i could feel it rush through my body, id be calm for maybe 15-25 min and then be in severe pain again. finally, after 8 agonizing hours of being in the er, and 5 bowls of bile later, i had my appendix removed. and i didnt even get to see it!
oooh... and too bad i was there in pain, every one of my doctors was gorgeous!!
