My cousin who I haven't spoken to in a few years mainly because his parents and my parents and grandmother are not on speaking terms anyway..
My cousin was a victim of a racial hate crime.
The over all details was. A black man hit my cousin in his car with a pick up truck and then started beating the shit out of my cousin. The man then pulled my cousin from the window of his car ( my cousin still had his seatbelt on) and started choking my cousin. A woman called the police and all the police said was my cousin looked like he might have been in on the whole thing and the man has had "issues" ever since he moved to baltimore.
My cousin doesnt do drugs, his mother is a hardcore alcoholic he knows better. The police didn't ask about pressing charges, didn't do any paperwork, NOT A GOD DAMN THING.
My aunt and uncle dont want to press charges because they are scared about having the man come back for alex.
Currently the Baltimore PD and States D.A are getting phone calls from my family.
All of this because the black man thought my cousin wrote "nigger" on his house..
The fucked up thing... the kid who actually did it came clean an hour after my cousin was beat within 2 inches of his life.
Fuck you Baltimore City. Fuck the cops you pay to serve and protect but they don't do shit. Fuck you man that did this to my cousin. You stole his necklace that his sister gave him.
