Well my inner travel agent has already begun working towards May, I think I found my dress, I'm booking a room at the hostel so that way I can be closer to the venue and walk around that part of town.
I told my parents about prom, my mom asked me why I wanted to go so suddenly and I brought out pictures of my highschool Prom and told her " I had the worst prom ever back in highschool, and by god this will be my chance to have the prom that I never got to have."
My manager didn't want to give me the time off because she doesn't want me to go to CA by myself. Plus our hotel is sold out that weekend and I pointed out the fact that I'm really only asking for thursday off because I normally have friday, saturday and sunday off.
So she said if I work for my friend Kathy in June then I can go!
