yes, i never know why i cant remember "leadership development"...epic fail on my part. and good for you. promotions are always a most excellent thing and if the NG wants you to take a bunch of classes for it than its better to start them up asap. i'm going to be expecting you to be an E-3 by the time i'm done with my training.

I smoked two cigarettes (GASP!) normally I don't smoke unless I'm really stressed or drinking.

I admitted defeat and after smoking them I felt a lot better..
