my friend lil ash gets all emo when she cant get to the festival. i thought i'd be taking lessons from her on how to chill. but i'm keep telling her about all the things you can control. you can only control yourself... and i tell her not to spend her rend money and blow it on drugs... or go to the ghetto... and to draw.. but she wont draw. its really frusterating...











but i did this art. to show her that you can just do it. you don't need to stress about it... or think that if you did something you didn't mean to do that makes you crappy. i really hope you like it and don't judge me about it and stuff.


life without school has become painfully easy. I take dvds out from the library to keep myself off drugs. one on beowulf. it was nice with the mead hall and grendel is the real hero. i like that legend falls apart when he doesn't defeat the dragon. then finally he does. but dies... and all he gets is a sack of gold. and he's a "hero" because he's dead so the tribe gets to enjoy the gold.

I don't know why Thoreau isn't listed with the rest of the lake poets, he did walden pond afterall... i guess he's an exclusivly pond guy. fuck them lakes... but Coleridge is the shit. i love him.
