I can't do it  either using the mobile site.  I will keep trying and tag u if I figure it out. 

I got it to work from the PC https://www.suicidegirls.com/videos/26089/ferry-helsinki-to-tallinn/  I went to the full blog and instead of using a video URL, I just used 'attach'.   there must be a size limit so try something 15 seconds or less first.
