long time no post. whoops!

what have i been up to? midterms, studying, studying, working, and organizing things.


i'm startng up a website of my own, which should be really fun. if anyone out there wants more details, lemme know. i'm being vague.
i bought the best teapot ever yesterday on a VV excursion with steve.


i got an awesome ticket for the death cab/franz ferdinand show. i know they're lame coz of the popularity, but where i'm sitting i wont have anyone at all in front of me, and i wont be squihed by 13 year olds on the floor. so ha.


my kitchen is very jolly. the other chair is at my sewing machine, so it's not quite so "single lady"..


i spent my valentine's with someone i didnt care about, wishing i'd spent it with anyone that i did. he left big stupid hickeys on my neck and i've never felt so detached from anything in my life. friends ditched for their signifigant others, which is silly of them as when they were single they were looking to me for help and advice and 'feel goods', but now that they're not, i'm just the one that's left again. it's funny how friends do things like that... if it's convenient for them, it's all good..


i'm getting over steve, which is a good step for me. sometimes he sends me a little signal of sorts that implies to me that he's not entirely emotionally dead to me. it's comforting, i guess. things like when we're watching a movie, he'll be the cuddle-initiator, or he joked about missing me yesteryday.. in that way that you can't tell if they're joking or being subtly serious.. but i'm still moving on and choosing not to get caught up in thinking about it. yay me!
