aaaaaaaaack! found out some terrible terrible news last night. it's going to change how i do things and my drive to move back home to montreal. i can't get out of here quicker.

to get my mind off of stupidities, i'll be going to mod night tonight. if any of you happen to be in winnipeg and happen to not be doing much else, show up. i'll likely be wearing mostly black, but the defining feature might be the pink hair. you never know. i'll be drinking a lot.

and everyone knows how stupid i get when i drink...


life's been going well otherwise. you know, hanging out, going to school, going to work. today all of my classes got cancelled. for reals. legitimately. i was overjoyed. then steve and i went and hung out for a while. it made me kinda sad, as i remembered why i like him. oh wells. he's going to be at mod night tonight too. in fact, i'm going with him. i'm thinking it should go over swimmingly. dale's coming too! yay! we talked on the phone about it earlier. i mentioned that everyone recognizes me as "kate, that dated ______". dale suggested that he's not known for anything. i replied that he is; for "dating" me. we never actually dated. it's just that we're really good friends and go to shows together all the time. so the scene kids assumed we were dating and were referring to him as my boyfriend. quite not true. wooo that was a ramble.

i don't really get mod style so i'm wearing a halter top and a black ribbon in my hair. we'll see how this goes.
