Third day of me saying "i am going to get up around 7 and go for a walk/jog."
so, I didn't set my alarm again, and I didn't wake up at 7, but I woke up at 9. I need to get into a ritual, a couple of good standard things that I love doing. So far my mornings consist of getting up around 9 or 9:30, checking the net and drinking my coffee... oh and chatting it up with my cat. She is sweet.
This is how I would love to see my day go:
7am - go for walk/jog
9am - work on business plan
1pm - work on magazine
(of course I would eat in between
)
and also I want to read and paint during the day.
I am starting to feel a little better, and I am not as depressed but I am still feeling not so great. I think if I get myself into a routine it would help.
