On a lighter note... (you'll see the pun in a few seconds) I started doing the P90X work outs with my friend Chris, because he "needs someone to motivate him to do them." I think he just wants my company!
I didn't feel the need to lose weight, and I hate most of these work outs... But I enjoy the yoga, the kempo, and the cardio days, and it's nice to spend the mornings with a friend.
