A swift update in almost five parts
1. Christmas was lovely. Family, family friends, laughter, champagne, food, more champagne, more food, presents. All the usuals. I think next year it might be fun to have a waifs and strays Christmas just to see if it would feel like Christmas without all the spectacle that is my family celebration.
2. My best friend is over from Melbourne so there has been much drinking and fun with her. There has been talk of a house party at hers tonight, which should be fun and full of drinks and other exciting things.
3. I have a job finally! It always happens just when I'm thinking that I'm completely unemployable and am losing all hope of ever having money again. So as of the new year I will be working at The Brisbane. Meh, it's work.
4. New years has somehow been left to me to organise so if any of you Perthies (or hell, anyone else willing to travel) want to come up to The Scotsman to see in 2006 I would be delighted to have you there.
5. I am totally obsessed with this little guy. You can buy the full version for very little money and it's so beautifully made. Love love love.
Eh. More less-lame updates to follow but I must now away to an induction for the new job. For all those I won't see, have an excellent new years
