I had a great weekend. Too bad it had to end .

Saturday we went to Tucson and took the kids to the zoo. They enjoyed it and so did I. Then we went to lunch at the most awesome place ever, Cafe Poco Cosa. Then we got to leave the kids with their grandparents, so the old man and I went to dinner then for drinks and drinks with a few SG Folks to celebrate their friend Laura's 21st b-day. That was fun! It was great seeing those folks again too! Sunday was a lazy day of lounging and not cleaning like we should've been doing. I also went to Wal Mart and spent nearly 2 hours and $150 grocery shopping. And I was totally that lady you hate to be in line behind because I was doing the whole, Wal Mart ad matching. Oh well, I got some great prices on chicken breast and a few other things. Next weekend....... A Graduation party for a friend and coworker! Yay for more parties, but nay for trying to pick out a gift and card.

My friend had her baby today. A baby girl, which makes 2 girls for them. Next baby will be my friend from Tucson who's not due until Jan 1, 2006.

Last but not least, the Michael Jackson verdict! Oy VAy!!!!!!!! I understand that there was a weak case, but only became a weak case because MJ is rich and could afford the devil incarnate for his Attorney. It almost seemed like the child and his family were on trial and not MJ. I really have no faith in the justice system when it comes to celebrities .
