missdates

I'm soooo tired today. My kids are taking a nap and I'd love to be down with them. I want to get some homework done so I can take advantage of my spring break. I'm also getting eggs boiled so we can attempt to color them when they wake up.

I had a nice time yesterday and last night. Hubby, kids and I went to Tucson intending to eat at a great restaurant, Cafe Poco Cosa, but they were closed for the Easter Holiday. On our way home, we took the kids to the Ostritch and Deer farm and they fed the deer. Ostriches must be the most bizarre animals, at least bird species, EVER. They freak me out, and all I could think of was on Dude Where's my Car when the Ostriches knocked the guys out cold. They just look prehistoric. *shivers at the thought*

Anywhooo we went to the local pub and played pool for a while. A friend of mine met us over there and we people watched. It's quite fun, but I feel bad now for making fun of people. I was supposed to be nice during lent, and I'm afraid that wasn't too nice.
