I like sweet tea "a lot"... as long as it is made with real sugar and not sachrine related products... that crap gives me headaches. It also causes cancer in lab rats. The last thing I would need to go along with a headache would be cancer, or vice versa.

I found a Pittsburgh mortgage company (Allegheny Mortgage) and they gave my such a better deal. They included Jason's income even though he wasn't on the mortgage, and I got a higher pre-approval rate!! If you are interested, let me know.
