well, i'm alive. my stomach is in knots again today but i'm here. i've been over stressing EVERYTHING in my life as of late. i may be getting an ulcer. ugh. the worst part is, i can feel the stress changing my attitude. i must make adjustments right away before i lose everyone that i love.
