Wow, over a week since I've updated. That's gotta be the longest yet. I've been busy organising stuff for my trip, and instead of coming home from work and sitting on the net for a couple of hours, I've been going for a run. I'm going to need to be fit for all that walking and cycling Lan and I are going to do through Italy and France - when we're not on the Vespas, that is! Plus I'm sure we will put on a kilo or two with all that fine wine and gourmet food!
I had coffee with Katidjah today. It was awesome, we were such girly girls. We went to the bookstore afterwards and leafed through pages of gorgeous text and pictures. I picked up a couple of titles, which I was heaps stoked about
a. because I didn't think they would be available in Australia, and
b. they were on special! I got 'The Stich 'N' Bitch Handbook' (knitting for the noughties) and 'City Chic-An Urban Girl's Guide to Livin' Large on Less ' (so I can save for Europe and still be stylish!).
I watched 'Houseboat' this afternoon. Carey Grant and Sophia Loren...I was in heaven.
