The only bad thing about this concert is that my ex will FOR SURE be there. If he is there, it means his bitch of a girlfriend will be there too. She doesnt let him go out without her.
The problem with THAT is if I see her, I will likely kill her. Or she will try and make me feel horrible by clinging all over him. So should I sucker one of my guy friends to drape himself over me or what?

Don't go the sucker guy route. It can only go wrong. Be the stronger person and maybe ignore them if you see them. If the crowd is big enough, you might get away with it.
Or, just punch her in the face and run!
