i got my evaluation at work the other day. out of 14 categories, i got 9 outstandings and 5 goods. i guess that is good, but i was still a little disappointed. i just don't know what more i can do. i guess disappointed isn't the right word... maybe just a little down because i can probably be doing better, i just don't know how....

saturday i got super motivated to go work out before i had to go to work. it was such a nice day out i didn't want to drive. so i walked to the gym (about a mile or so) worked out for a while, and walked home. i had to rush to get to work on time but it was good. i felt very refreshed....
