I hate Christmas, hate it hate it hate it ......
Hate trying to do normal stuff in town while all the mindless fools are staggering around with their prams and fucking Argos bags getting in the way, hate the fucking stupid brass bands and those little nutty things they sell that smell all Dickensian - I've never eaten them, they might be nice, but the smell just makes me mad cos it means it's Christmas.
I hate the lemmings just doing the done thing without question. Hate the debt and the extra packaging and plastic and paper that's getting strewn around the planet to celebrate the birthday of someone who's been dead a long time and who most people have either lost sight of or don't give much of a shit about in the first place.
Hate the hypocrisy and the commerciality, hate the stupid over indulgent grossness, hate the extra meat that's going to get killed and eaten, and all the people and animals who are suffering so all the fat greedy fuckers can do the done thing, I hate all the stupid drunken stupidness that's going to happen, hate the fact that this is the epitome of christianity encroaching on the lives of atheists in a way you just can't get away from.
Hate the stupid present politics and all the shit I don't want that's going to be cluttering up my life.
Hate the fact that I've got a week off work which I won't get paid for, when I'd rather be at work than doing christmas any day.
I hate having to be nice to people I don't like. Hate being expected to get drunk - what if I don't feel like it?
