Today has been a pretty good day. Not an "Oh my god I had the best day," but a good day none the less...
It is my mother's birthday today, so I went down to the Scandinavian bakery this morning and got her some delish Scando baked goods which I will bring her tomorrow when I go to visit her. They remind her of her wegien-ness so I think she will appreciate them.
Then I got to leave work early, so I could take my new Boston Terrier puppy Stella to the vet. (Leaving the lab early always makes me happy, especially on a Friday!) It was her first visit (she's 10 weeks old) and the vet said she is super healthy. She weighs 4lbs 6 oz. I will post some pics soon, she is too cute!
Tonight my pals D, C and B are coming over for dinner, drinks, herb and conversation. Should be fun.
