I just stumbled across some fellow rugby players, ruggerlily and luckyride. I knew you were out there. Can I still call myself a rugby player? I think I can? I have the permanently fucked up back and cleat calluses from that lovely game to prove it. It's funny after you play you can never really be physically intimidated again. (It helps that I am taller than 90% of the population.) The people who are scared they are going to get hurt are the ones who usually do. It's like my paw said (he was in WWII, Korea and Vietnam, yes he is very old) fear kills more people than anything else. That is not to say you shouldn't be careful. Life is all about calculated risks afterall...
