first off thanks to all you cats and kittens out there for expressing sympathy for my situation.

unfortunately my situation is not unique. please go give some lovin to KikiBH who's sister was in a major car accident and Sinatras_Doll who's grandfather also passed away. both are in very difficult places in which a kind word goes a long way.

as for me... i'm alright. as my mother said i've "always been the strong one." i try to look at it as my sister is where she needs to be and my grandfather is out of pain and is finally able to enjoy his true love, fishing. (his ashes were even thrown in a river.)

my pain tends to take a philisophical bent. life is too fucking short to waste it not doing what you want to do which leads me to my next major life decision...

monkey13 and i have finally decided on a date for me to make my move to raleigh. alas i will be leaving seattle at the end of september. so if you wanna bask in my glory you've got a little over 2 months to enjoy it.
