Exactly, almost everyone is concerned with themselves and they don't value the person they're with. Its hard when your own ❤ has more 💘 than other people can understand and you see the value in others and want too share it with them, even though your partner can't understand how you truly feel inside and out.

I suffer (enjoy) with extra sensibility. I worry about everything and everyone. Extremely jealous. Easy to get involved. Hysterical.

I can totally agree with your last sentence. My ex and I lived together for 6 years, broke up, but remained friends. That was 32 years ago, and she is still my best friend, I talk on the phone with her every single day, and she is the only person who really knows me, and who really cares. We might be awful when living together, but I could never find a better friend. So if your exes are your good friends, take care not to loose them - you might need them 20 years and more from now
