For the first time in my life I am hopeful of my future. Even though my life in the Army is over, a new life will start. And I'm hopeful. It's crazy and I'm kinda waiting for the sky to fall or the other shoe to drop! I met, or reconnected maybe a better way to put it, a woman I dated when we were both very young. Probably 22 years ago or more! Things are going very well, I really like her! I think I may stay here in Alaska after I get out of the Army. I'm hoping to start at the University of Alaska Anchorage in the fall.
