I guess I've over done it a bit with the old ankle. I'm in a bit of pain and I'm out of pain meds. I've been on Con Leave since 29 June and I just wanted to do some work around the house so I don't feel like such a lazy bastard and I guess I've over worked my ankle.

Surgery went well. I'm still in a bit of pain, but its manageable. I have a soft cast on till the 5th on I'll get a walking cast. I'm hoping that this is the end of my pain.
