this weekend was pretty slow at the bar cuz the band sucked ass. friday was fun, though. i got off early, and had a few drinks with some SG peeps ~ F_A_U_S_T, penguinscheme, ERADICATOR, PunkNiteMike, and of course Epstein

Motor City tat convention is this weekend ~ i can't wait. we already reserved our room and all that good stuff. it should be a lot of fun, and it will definitely be nice to get the hell outta here for a few days!
i am such a spoiled brat! my man bought me another present yesterday... i'll post a pic when it gets here.
horror of all horrors, i had to go to a baby shower yesterday. if i have to hear one more complaint about my mods, i'm going to shoot someone in the face - point blank. my family is full of conservative republican types, so i stick out like a sore thumb, and of course, they all feel the need to comment about it non-stop. they say they can't wait till i "grow up and start acting like a lady".... if their definition of a lady means someone with no personality that shops at Talbot's, then let's just say, don't hold your breath.

A friend of mine is going to the one in Wisconsion. He can't wait for another tat convention since he is an artist himself. Says watching people work is like watching a tv show.
