So my boy's left his halls at uni today which is... really weird, and kind of sad 'cause I'm not gonna get to see him as much as I'd like to this holiday, it's gonna take us hours to get to each-other and money's clearly an issue. We'll sort something out, I know we will - I just can't believe he's not living there any...

I've made a super-cute repeat pattern to use on the re-launch of my website... and I can't figure out for the life of me how to put it together. It tiles, it tessellates, I can make it look good by hand on photoshop... but I need to fix it into a rectangular composition to make it tile correctly via html and I just... can't do...

I could give you a hand with the code, not saying I could get the html to work but would give it a try.

Candybox Burlesque was b r i l l i a n t. Well, of course it was, watching a group of very attractive women taking off their clothes was hardly going to be a chore was it? It really is a lot of fun though and I loved dressing up - I wore the most amazing underwear (I splashed out on Agent Provocateur stockings), a...

Burlesque nights are always cool!
There's a rule at one in Scotland that you don't get in wearing jeans or trainer, I think it should be like that at every burlesque night!
Me, the lurvly lady, a mate I work with and her man are going to a "gorelesque" night on Friday 13th of July... Should be interesting!

Loads of stuff's going on at the moment, it was ze boyfriend's birthday on sunday so I was up in Birmingham all weekend with him, and he LOVES his presents - I'm so relieved! I thought he'd like them, I got him three Junko Mizuno figures which I kind of want for myself gosh darn!

I saw Joan Wasser (of Joan As Police Woman - http://www.joanaspolicewoman.com/ ) playing a solo show last night and she was a m a z i n g. She's always excessively cute, and funny, and beautiful and I thoroughly enjoyed myself. I haven't seen her playing solo since I first saw her open for Rufus Wainwright at Symphony Hall and she was just... amazing, she...

I once missed a train back to Bristol from Cardiff after a Bowie gig a few years back, haggling with the taxi driver to be able to get back home was so tricky.

Somebody really, stop me from spending money.

Ban me from using eBay, at all, ever. I've just bought a polaroid camera (admittedly for a very reasonable 4.99) and some film. Yesterday I bought Kamikaze Girls (on impulse) and I really, really, really am tempted to buy more My Little Ponys for my small collection. My student loan surely is dwindling.

OR, maybe I could get...

Luckily for me I found a great vintage seller on eBay - but he's from America so the postage is quite heavy... but then I'm just a boy who's a sucker for a 1980s Mickey Mouse t-shirt biggrin
Hmm... I'm still debating on a Gitaroo Man tattoo... too nerdy? whatever he he

I'm here! Oh wow, like... totally.

First blog posts are completely lame usually, though aren't they? I don't wanna try to sum up my personality or interests or anything like that because it always just... goes badly, don't you think?

Not sure what my plans for today are, I woke up having dreamt about being chased by a murderous sexual deviant, which was... strange. I've...

There are some great reasons to be here still. Certainly the friends I've made and continue to make are worthwhile, and a few of the groups I belong to are great resources with good people in them. But overall I'm very disappointed in how the site is evolving, I like less and less many of the policies and actions of the people who run the site. Ultimately, i feel like it's time to move on...

I have to say... You look like fantastic SG material yourself. :-)

I really like your illustrations, I have met some excellent people on-line, and I really enjoy the groups at SG.
