I think I might have to start a food diary on my blog in an attempt to eat more healthily - if I'm too embarrassed to write about it, I shouldn't be eating it - right?

Today, I ate some things:

• a bowl of oat/fruit-based cereal with soy milk
• a cheese and pineapple toastie
• vegetable... stuff - contained apple juice, quorn, chopped peppers, onion, carrots, ginger and sweetcorn
• strawberries...
• ... with about a tonne of ice cream, sugar and two ginger biscuits

I might have an apple in a minute, too. Pretty boring, and not particularly terrible apart from the ice cream... but not exactly great either.
