I've had a pretty good week really,climbed yesterday at Wolf Mountain (for free! Shh, it's a secret) on climb and cake night - thursdays everyone brings cake and you can have what you want which... kind of buggers my health kick, but at least I'm burning off the calories while I'm at it. Dan reckons Tara (who works at reception, and is a good climber from what I've seen) was hitting on me... but I don't know, she has a girlfriend as far as I know, but apparently she was getting 'vibes' from me. She is pretty cute.

It was that hot though yesterday, I got quite a lot done, got further on a lot of the routes that I was struggling with (and an overhang ) but I had a drinks break... warmed down too much and my arms pretty much turned to jelly - I think everyone was having that problem though so I didn't feel too bad.

Climbed today after uni, too... probably wasn't that great an idea, my muscles really ached, but I felt really good once I'd got into it, and that ledge that I got stuck up? I kill at getting down without leaving my skin behind and twisting an ankle now, I'm much more confident.



I have bruises like you wouldn't believe, but I'm really enjoying myself. Think I'm having a band thing on monday, lots to look forward to.
