I felt well enough for the first time in ages to go for a run on Saturday, I loved it except for some yobs that were hanging around in the park. Turns out I don't need an ipod armband for now, I have a pocket in one of the sleeves of a tracksuit-type top that I own that'll do in the cold weather.

The weekend was pretty good, I saw The Golden Compass on saturday (shockingly good) and yesterday I went to see Jools Holland, which was fantastic.

i might go and see that movie on the basis it will get me and the girl out. we're speding christmas at my mother's, and i anticipate it all being a bit surreal, so we could use an excuse to get out of an evening.
