As if it weren't difficult enough to understand the form to get my money back for my ipod - they've rejected the application, because the barcodes from the packaging weren't included.
CORRECTION: They were included, I put everything that they asked for into my application, and now I can't prove it, and I can't get back my 85.

a) as if I weren't in enough student debt, I'm now wasting it on crap that I don't need. My ipod's lovely but I could live without it.
