- got the shards of glass in my hands
- scraped my wrists on some of the larger pieces
- burned myself with boiling water
- stubbed my finger
- cut my thumb with a huge knife whilst chopping vegetables

I spent the whole of yesterday not looking like myself. I don't know if it was my makeup... or the way that I'd done my hair, or the clothes I was wearing. But it was actually very liberating.
