Well time to stop moaning about results. Appointment to go over dissertation tomorrow eek.

Considering the weather we have at the moment, it is better to be too hot than too cold... cold..... coldddd... I could tell you stories about cold.... bathing in the only water source available which was glacial melt water... etc... etc...

I bet you will do just fine on your dissertation. I like them as they are a real expression of your academic interests. I am a bit of a geek but I honestly enjoyed my dissertation and my thesis 
I really wish i wasnt one of those people who worries too much and over analyses things, its really not good for mental health

go for a run. run far and run fast. run until you can barely breathe anymore. run until every part of your body tells you stop. run up hills. run through busy streets. run up steps. run round in circles until you want to be sick and fall over. run until you can truly run no more. stop. try to think of what was worrying you and scream out your thoughts as loud as you can.
I guarantee you will barely be able to vocalise anything and the odd word that you scream will suddenly seem insignificant. Your worries will then take on a new form, they will seem pointless and stupid and all you have left is your beating heart and your frantic breathing... all that matters in life
