go for a run. run far and run fast. run until you can barely breathe anymore. run until every part of your body tells you stop. run up hills. run through busy streets. run up steps. run round in circles until you want to be sick and fall over. run until you can truly run no more. stop. try to think of what was worrying you and scream out your thoughts as loud as you can.
