Woo its friday. As im not technically 'working' i guess that doesnt make such a difference to me, still an excuse to have a break from my dissertation though 
Even though all morning ive been thinking its wednesday..
Trying to get my stepometer upto 10,000 steps a day, im really not as active as i thought...mind you knackered from the gym.
