New week, fresh starts go get'em girl..

I'm so with you on the frustration of trying to re-learn to communicate. I'm much better than I was when khoos and I started dating, but I still suck at it. I always just want to shut down, or scream and say horrible, angry things. I know it is wrong, so I keep pushing forward.

sometimes we just need to let it all out, when im down i just get some beer listen to music and have a good beer cry..good luck always keep pushing forward..

(SIGH!.....) I am SOOOOO sorry you had such a terrible experience. I am sorry that you experienced the dark side and danger of that kind of situation. Please be patient with yourself and allow yourself to get over this....you will feel safe again. Find your most trusted friend (even if it is outside that community) or your mom if you have a the kind of relationship where she can comfort you. Once you feel safe again, then you can look at what you want to do in that special community.

I am grateful you were not physically hurt. That kind of stuff can be very scary.
