I suppose life isnt all terrible. When one door closes, another one opens. There will always be new opportunities. And the friends I thought I lost have returned. Every negative is balanced out by an equal positive. Sometimes the bad comes in waves, but are bettered with amazing moments. Life is a series of moments, that sifts through our fingers. But we need to remember to hold on to those moments nearest and dearest to our hearts. To savor those moments, and remember them forever. Because they are not lost. Life is not lost. This may be the end of this chapter, but it is the beginning of a new one, and there is hope on the horizon.

Got in a scuff with my ex tonight, but then we ended up having an amazing conversation.

Got rejected by two people I care about, but met someone who fulfills me in ways I could never imagine.

I may not be over my ex, and because of that, may not be able to completely satisfy those emotional needs of those people who love me, but it doesn't stop them from being in my life.

See, every negative is balanced out with an equal positive. My life does not suck.
