Its almost Christmas. We're cleaning the house, wrapping presents, doing laundry and dishes, making the house presentable so we can ruin it in wrapping paper when we tear open the presents on Christmas morning. I haven't been in the spirit in years, and I don't know why I am now. I've been through so much grief, I'm not sure why I'm so excited for a holiday that's celebrated with so much loss.
I'm just excited.
