What can I say, the past 2 months of non-stop studying actually worked for me! It hasn't been a complete waste of time. Sat my budgeting exam yesterday, getting to the end of my Accounting qualification. For some reason this exam was a massive wall to me. Granted, while doing the course I went through all the crap with my Nemesis which basically ended up with me being drunk most of the time, so I had to work my ass off to catch up with all the stuff I didn't take in during class time. It could have gone 2 ways really, if I got the exam I expected I knew I'd walk it but if it threw up something diffeent I knew I'd struggle. It turned out to be the exam I expected and I walked it! Hence me posting this blog now because I spent most of last night drinking as it felt like a massive weight of my shoulders! Only problem is I only get this weekend off, because I have a Financial Planning exam in 2 weeks time, and then 3 weeks after that a Personal Tax exam. But, 1 down...2 to go!

The good news is that this Thursday I'm off home to Ireland for my nieces 2nd birthday party. It's been a very long time since I've seen the family. Can't wait to get home for the weekend and see everyone, especially my little sister. I'm really close with her, she takes all her music and films from me and we get on great, she lost her fiance to a heart attack (at 29) a few months back and is really struggling with it so I really want to get over to her and spend time with her. We're planning a Superbowl night which should be fun! Can't wait
