Great start to a Monday morning I don't think. As I walk into work, a good 30 minutes, I usually wear a t-shirt in and get changed into shirt and tie when I get there. Today, got into work, headed into the toilets to change and at that moment realised my shirt and tie were still hanging up in the bedroom at home So that's a nice 30 minute walk home and another 30 minute walk back into work. Got up early as well so I could get in early to catch up with some work, ended up 30 minutes late in the end. Nice start to the working week.

I know already it's going to be a tough week. My nemesis returns tomorrow from holidays. The past week has been great as there has been no bad atmosphere and I've actually enjoyed going into work for a change. I know it's all going to crumble tomorrow when she gets back. Hopefully the mediation will get under way and some headway can be made between the two of us. I've already been refered to a counseller to try come to terms with this depression that gets me every now and again but work have offered the services of one of their counsellers so may have a chat with them this week and take them up on their offer. It can only help at the end of the day
