You just wish sometimes people would tune in with you. I miss that. At Uni, music was the universal tuner, these days I'm a freak because I dont watch soaps, or express any kind of emotion over the death of a very poor fictional character.
For example, I love Sherlock Holmes, read all the books, classics. BBC decides to put Sherlock in 2010 London in it's new program. Originally I don't like the idea, but after watching it I have to say it's the greatest program ever. Walked into work next day "anyone see the Sherlock Holmes program last night?" No, pop idol in the jungle on ice celeb sniper rifle take out while they do the tango was on last night....and by the way, did you see Eastenders...wow the acting while the woman killed her husband but his brother appeared from no where and killed her and then the Nephew showed up and killed him and then the unborn baby showed up and killed him...now that's t.v we should all indulge in!
