My garden was distroyed today by tennis ball size hail. Good thing I have extra plants and that that it isn't too late to plant them outside. I have three small trees that took quite a bit of damage. The bigger trees I own have lost half of their leaves and needles.

MC doesn't want to get back together. I don't think he's actively trying to hurt me and make me feel uncomfortable, but on some level he might be, because he is being disrespectful of my wishes. He just has to go out to everything he hears about, because he needs to feel popular - regardless of my feelings.

Due to illness the Kings of Leon show has been rescheduled. That was a bit of a bummer. So I stay out at the bars. So The Tragically Hip concert at 1st ave was just okay. I suffered some hearing loss which makes me wonder if I would have been better off not going at all. When I went to Pete Yorn at 1st ave the sound system was half as loud. Plus this time I had an idiot behind me turning purple whistling. I'm sure he would be proud...

I always try to bring earplugs to loud places like concerts. Even the youngest of eardrums prefer not to be overwhelmed. smile

I should move to Minneapolis. It's like Chicago, but cleaner somehow. Do they shoot movies there?

18 tomato planted in the garden. I have another 18 in the house. No more room for tomatoes though in the garden. I will give some to a neighbor and I always seem to have couple casulties that I will need to replace. Peppers will be tomorrow. My neighbors tease me about having a farm.

Now I wouldn't say Moby Dick is the best read....

Thunderstorms! Right now in Mpls. I will be planting some of my garden tomorrow after work weather permitting. Time to read a couple chapters of Moby Dick and fall asleep. I never read the book and decided I should.

I like hearing and seeing bands at 1st avenue. Small place that Prince made famous.

So I will be there forThe Tragically Hip and The Kings of Leon soon.

The weather has been perfect the whole weekend. I did a ton of yard work! I also finished painting my spare bedroom.

I worked hard this weekend. Yard, garden, and I'm painting the spare bedroom. I'm thinking the lawn cutting routine will be starting soon. Better then the shovelling snow routine!

It feels good! Full, buzzing, and content.

A thick pork chop I started the marinate last night and BBQ tonight. Asparagus and a bottle of wine. The pork chop really did turn out awesome... flavorful and juicy. Then the wine great. Leaves me wanting to share the whole experience. Words can not discribe.

Now after writing this it makes me wonder who I should have...

I hope I can be an ex-smoker who hates the smell. right now I tend to stand around smokers so I can second-hand smoke, haha. I'll get better though. it's been over a week and a half since I've actually had a cigarette!
