I am still going out with the hot Brasilian woman with her post doctorate.

I went to the doctor last week for a physical. First time in almost twenty years. Turns out my blood pressure is a little bit high and I should lose ten pounds. compared to the average American not so bad. I am starting a exercise routine again and eating breakfasts cause my doctor said so. Doctor said if I eat right and exercise my blood pressure will fall just fine. Got my blood test back and my cholesterol and blood sugar is fine.

My GF also used to be a nurse and she took my blood pressure one evening and it was really high. It was after a coffee. That was what spurred me to make an appointment with a doctor. I had lots of thoughts of finding out I was really sick. Both diabetes and high blood pressure are in my family. It was good to only hear something I know (ten pounds heavy) and that I am generally healthy. I spent all my life exercising, it has only been a recent couple years of me not. I can get back on track.
