So I am making wine this year with the grapes out of my backyard. I have three books on wine making and I am working on my fourth. Right now I am making wine from a kit I bought... this is kind of practice. I bought most of th equipment I need. Funny I really don't drink that much wine... but I figure if the wine turns out I can give some wine Xmas gifts. If it turns out good maybe I will drink more wine?
