I use a dial connection at home and apparently it is too slow to upload pics to this site? I have been thinking I should upgrade, but I was waiting for DSL to become available (over a year now) cause cable is so danged expensive and I am having trouble justifying it. I am on a computer all day at work and I didn't want my home hobby to be searching and playing around on the web.
I woke up and took aspirin this morning. I planted two trees and wheel barreled three trailer loads (I filled the trailer with a shovel) of wood chips into my backyard. My garden is going to be awesome. When did it become more fun to work my tail off all day into the evening on a Saturday doing yard work then to sleep in and go clubbing all night? Thinking about it... if my friends hadn't of all grown up I would be still out partying every Friday, Saturday, and often times during the weekdays. I do have a ton of funny stories.
One of the guys I went to Vegas with was all about getting and keeping his drunk on. Actually the first day we all participated and I was feeling a bit slow the next day, but not to bad. But I decided I wasn't going to spend 5 days and 4 nights being drunk. This decision of mine was a real downer for the drunk in the group. Who always had a comment when I ordered a soda, water, or said I was out of the drinking rounds. Oh yeah, I did some drinking. My tolerance isn't as high as some and if I had actually drank as much as the one guy in the group I am not sure I would have survived. I am sure I would have tossed my cookies. The other two guys slowed down also, but I am sure drunk thought this was my fault? Anyway I figured something out when I want to go out and drink I enjoy hanging out with the drunk, but that is only every now and then. Otherwise it gets old fast.
My best friend moved to LA about 5 years ago. The main reason he moved out there was so his wife could take a shot at being a movie star. He met us in Vegas and it was great to see him (he is not the drunk). He says he would like to get out of LA because things are so expensive. He has his masters degree in business and now a four year degree in nursing. I have the feeling he really hasn't had a heart to heart talk about it with his wife yet. They both want to start a family soon and they would rather not raise their kids in an apartment. He doesn't know if the would move back to cold Minnesota?
Anyway I have work to do.

I can't wait to get my garden up this year. I keep doing all this garden work and my roommate wants to put a whole package (70 square feet) of nastrutiums in. I told him no and he got mad at me, but he can go dig his own plot.
