Think about how much time the engineer had to react. What he would have to live with for the rest of his life, not including the lawsuits, the drug tests, and the accusations by the victim's family that he could have done something to prevent the accident.

See, I ride the train to UB all the time. My uncle works for the railroad as well. These people honestly deserve to get fucking run over. Dumb shits would be eliminated from the gene pool at the very least.
